Frequently Asked Questions
What counts as a "run"?
A run is counted each time you execute a transformation on a file, whether it succeeds or fails.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens if I hit my limit?
You'll see a friendly message letting you know you've reached your limit. You can either wait for your monthly reset, delete some saved transformations, or upgrade to a higher plan.
What's your cancellation policy?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your plan stays active through the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
